Probationary review and GDPR

Hello,

I just wondered if anyone can help me. I am currently on a 3 month probation at work and recently had my 2 month review. I later discovered that the team leader who held the review with me had disclosed comments I had made with other employees. they were also told that I was upset during the review and details of what she said to me had also been discussed with colleagues.

Im just wondering where I stand with privacy etc with this being my review.

The GDPR is probably not in play, but you are entitled to confidentiality, regarding what went on in the room during your review.
