Harrassement

I am being constantly contacted by Lowell Finance regarding debt that is not mine which I have informed them. They keep calling my home phone and mobile and I dont understand how they got the numbers. I have the same name and date of birth as the person they are looking for but this debt is from 2014 and the person was in Glasgow, I am in England what can I do to stop this. Any help would be appreciated.

To continue to contact you after you have told them it is not your debt is harassment.

Write to them telling them to stop. Detail the contacts (date time and method if possible)
Tell them how you want to be contacted in future and ask them to confirm this in writing.

Point out in the letter that harassment is a criminal offence and you will take further action if they don't stop.
Send all letters by recorded delivery and keep copies so that you have a record of your complaint.
