Hi
i have made enquiry to voluntary terminate my car finance as I can no longer afford the payments due to my marriage breakdown and huge impact on my financial situation.
I have been told there is a shortfall of £3800 but the whole point is that I cannot afford the monthly payments so what happens that I can’t afford the shortfall ?
I need to know what will happen before I send the paperwork in
