  • Phone credit agreement

    Hi there,
so I did the o2 refresh dec '18. All was fine, phone arrived, no issues. Now I unfortunately defaulted £10 last month (which has since been rectified) but while I was on holiday from work a letter arrived for me at work, from o2. A default notice. The alarming thing is, that the address the agreement is in was my work address. I don't recall doing this, and didn't notice when signing agreement. Everything was done online, so we think it was a possible auto fill thing that I haven't noticed. My boss is not happy about this, and has mentioned fraud on numerous occasions. I have spoken to o2 3 times, they dont seem worried and have changed my billing address. But I dont know if credit was taken out against my work address. I am going into bankruptcy within the next month and I would hate for anything to affect my work due to this. I didn't do this knowingly and I'm so worried I've done something criminal without realising. The account is in my name not work, it the address that's wrong on it.
    please advise.
    Thanks in advance
