Gladstone Brooke's aren't a Solicitors just a CMC, as are Synergy.

Were you with Synergy but your claims been moved to Gladstone or vice versa ? Otherwise what's the issue you're looking at ?

Hi thanks for your reply. My friend engaged Gladstone Brookes on a no win no fee basis regarding PPI. Now Gladstone Brooke have told her that one of her store cards, Argos, they want her to sign a letter of authority in order for Synergy to follow the argos card up. I believe that she doesn't need to do this as she has already engaged Gladstone Brookes to deal with all her Ppi claims and she doesn't need to engage Synergy to do the same work and collect yet another fee.

Be interested to see the letter they have sent her about this if possible. And the letter of authority. Can't imagine their reason for passing it to a different cmc.

A SAR to Argos might be an idea too.
