  • Constructive Dismissal at ET

    Hi LegalBeagles!

It's great to discover a site with real people to ask their views on situations and resources with other peoples experiences.

I am a claimant in an employment tribunal case involving constructive dismissal and am navigating the employment tribunal as a litigant in person with Google and a couple of books to help. Being so involved in the case it is quite difficult to take the objective view and consider how the Tribunal views issues with the limited information they have until my hearing in November.

My main cause for concern is the respondent's representative obstructing disclosure, and ensuring they complied with orders from a preliminary hearing. I'm putting together a strikeout letter (a high bar I know) and am finding my way around the posts in the forum, and may have a question or two myself.
