  • Fast Track advice

Hi, we’ve just received notice that our claim has been allocated to the Fast track.

We are litigants in person, and I would be grateful for any advice regarding completing the Directions Questionnaire and agreeing directions with the defendants. It has taken over two years to reach this point and I want to make sure I don't make silly errors or overlook anything.

    Thank you

Has the claim been allocated to fast track because it's over £10,000 or is it a lower amount but a complex issue?

To be able to help with directions etc we're going to need a little bit of info about what the claim is

Any support I provide is offered without liability, if you are unsure please seek professional legal guidance.

We haven't specified an amount in the claim so I presume it's been allocated to fast track due to being a complex issue. Apologies for the limited details, I'm not exactly sure what is ok to post.

Difficult to help with directions other than standard directions ( example here https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...15#post1029515 ) without having an idea what the claim is about.

Did you claim for an unspecified amount not expected to exceed £10k ( or any other sum)? Is it a part 7 claim ? Is it for damages/compensation/personal injury etc? What court fee did you pay to issue the claim ?

Have you had any communication with the defendants to try agree directions?
