Good afternoon,
we have received a pcn through the post today.
We went to Wycombe rye lido, for an afternoon walk, as my husband has to exercise with his lung condition.
Anyway, we parked in a disabled bay, displaying his blue badge, his clock and a relevant parking ticket, as blue badge holders are not free. On the pay machine it requested the reg number but also had a button for for disabled drivers, so we pressed it.
it.We intend to appeal the fine, but just curious why we have received it.

So did the driver enter the reg number? Sounds like there are confusing signs and the ticket machine errored
