  • Tenancy dispute. Help!

    Hi,

Long story short, I have been in dispute with my landlord for a year(commercial lease) over various matters. I am leasing a part of their building for a small shop. Landlord has a store of their own across a short (2m) corridor. As per our initial contract, rent was all utilities inclusive, however couple of month after the commencement, I was notified that they would install a separate electricity box in their space with metre readings, and i would be charged. I obliged however, last week, the electricity to our shop was shut down and I contacted the landlord to put back on the switch as the box was installed at their premise and I was denied access. I am since then told to arrange and pay for the work to move the electric box for my premise which is currently located at their premise to my own. I want to know if I am liable for this work.

    Thanks.
