I am currently contracted to work 35 hours a week but have been working regular overtime for the last 18 months (usually around 10-12 hours a week). When I take a holiday, I only get paid the 7 hours as per my standard working hours, but I think I should be entitled to my overtime pay as well as it falls under regular pay? Where do I stand on this?
