  • N180

I recently defended a claim with Lowell, I have since been sent a N180 to complete from Lowell. But nothing from the court. I have checked MCOL and there is no further update since my defence was logged over two weeks ago.
Should I wait to hear from the court directly or just complete it and sent it back?

I have also requested proof of ownership and credit agreements as I have no knowledge of this debt.

    Any help will be appeciated

Yes you should wait until you receive the N180 to complete from the court. If you haven't received anything in 2 weeks ( so just after 28 days from having filed your defence) you should give court a call and check the status of the claim. Lowell often send theirs out early, and before responding to the court after receipt of the defence.

In Lowell's accompanying letter do they say to complete a directions questionnaire and send to the court ?
