    Hi,
I help/advise a lady with mental health issus, on opening her mail today we found notice of a ccj.
There was no date of court hearing just a letter advising of ccj. She has never had a loan and on checking her credit file today there is no record of a credit search for the loan, no record of the loan itself, no record of any default and no record of the ccj.
I have submitted an SAR to the company who sent the letter and the company who claim to have made the loan.
IF the loan was ever made then it must have been a fraud by someone else as I deal with all her banking/finance etc.
ANY view points help or advice would be appreciated.

She may need to apply to have the judgment set aside - but is the letter you've received today a judgment order from the court or a letter from a debt company claiming to have a CCJ ? Can you say who the companies are ? ( might give us an idea how to handle it )
