  • Selling/buying home, Money laundering checks

    Hello

it states on GOV website that forms of ID can be Valid signed passport, Birth Certificate, Driving license
and for proof of address, utility bill, mortgage statement , bank details etc.

My passport has expired , and I don’t have a drivers license, but I do have my original birth certificate
Will this be sufficient for proof of ID or can I request a form from solicitor for me to complete and get passport photo
And get a DR to sign confirming it’s me?

    thanks
