I can't remember signing anything with these sharks. But not 100% i have had a refund via a check for £1779. 2 loans apparently one for £83 and one for £1660 approx. 2 fees to pay now totalling £800!
my argument is they say 20% fees for PPI and 33% for PBA (Packaged bank accounts).
I had a settee from DFS through Black Horse. I'm almost sure the letter said that the Ombudsman had upheld my claim and it was PPI
So.is it PPI or PBA ?
The difference is in the percentage they charge.
