Lowell Solicitors? Lowell Portfolio I LTD? Can I negotiate my debt?

Hi. I have a CCJ and Lowell Solicitors have sent me a letter saying saying 'Enforcement Action Pending' etc etc. Lowell Solicitors are acting on behalf of their client 'Lowell Portfolio I LTD'. Whats the difference? I have rung Lowell Solicitors and asked to negotiate the outstanding balance but they said they don't negotiate? Is this true? The CCJ is currently from 2014 and roughly 12 months time it will get wiped out anyway.
Anyone any advice?
