Civil Parking Charge notice

I Have exceeded free parking at a Lidl store. The store was closed this was on a Sunday evening received parking charge of Ł90 for exceeding by 11 mins 22 seconds if i pay within 14 day,s reduced to Ł45. My question is do i pay the reduced amount or ignore as someone at work said i should do.

Ignoring could lead to court. Post up a redacted copy of the PCN, leaving dates

If it were me I wouldn't pay them a bean.....not even a Lidl bean!
