lost a case I defended brought by JPS financial for PPI fee. I refused to pay as they were under investigation. Judge threw out my argument. Contacted DCBL to
arrange payment. They refused to accept payment either by instalment or while 1200 quid. Stated they had applied for a high court writ! Even though I’d offered to repay a few weeks after I lost my case! Contacted county court hearing was held at. They stated couldn’t see any high court writ application. Not sure what’s happening here

Who are JPS using to try and enforce the judgment ? Have DCBL (these https://dcbltd.com/high-court-enforcement/ ) contacted you in writing?

What was the PPI fee for? cancellation or commission on a refund they obtained for you?

How much was the judgment for - £1200 ? and when was the judgment made?
