British Gas have taken me to court over a old estimated bill. 2 meters were in question. One meter was never connected there fore I think I only need to pay standing charges. But they have charged me nearly £10 k of estimated bill. The other meter was being used but most of the bills were estimated.
the court have said it shoud be delt as a multi track case.
what do I do know. It’s so difficult. And hard to trust solicitors . All they want is money and scare people so they can make more money.
