  • Jump Street Accident

    Hi All

I have just read a thread from 2017 about negligence at Jump St and have the same issue currently.

My 5yo was jumping on Thursday when a grown male jumped backwards from a block, onto my son’s leg and broke the tibia and fibula. He is in a full leg cast for 12 weeks, wheelchair bound for 6 weeks!

I understand his dad signed a waiver for all injury, but I wonder if speaking to them could help change their policies on adults jumping with kids or if I could even get losses covered as I am going to need 6 weeks off work, have had to hire a wheelchair etc..!

Any advice would be much appreciated

    TIA
