    Can you kindly advise?

in a nutshell. My deceased father has some Lloyd’s shares, so I want to know if I am
entitled to these? I am an only child and my father passed away in 2005 and then my mum inherited his assets. He was always financially savvy but I cannot find that he had a will, but he must have if my mother could access his funds straight away when he passed?

so my mother died also a few years later and had made a will and left everything to me. So Lloyd’s tsb need proof that I am allowed to inherit shares from my father. But I can’t find his will? He would have left to mum (or me if mum died before him), and then she left any assets to me when she passed away. What can I do? Thank you

He may not have made a will and everything went to your mother. Try using this web site to find an will
