    Just a set aside?
    Or have they indicated a discontinuation of the claim as well?

      The consent order I signed stipulated the following:

      1. The judgement entered on [date removed] be set aside;
      2. The entry be cancelled and removed from the register;
      3. The claim be dismissed; and
      4. There be no order as to costs

      The claimant is covering the application costs and I await the view of the Judgement Creditor. Do you think this indicates a discontinuation of the claim as a whole? I shamefully didn't ask this question directly, I only asked about next steps after signing the consent order, to which the solicitors advised they would process the application and update once a decision returned from the Judgement Creditor.

        Points #2 & #3 certainly indicates that the claim is being discontinued.
        Keep your finger on the pulse & phone the court (weekly?) for updates.
        & let us know how it pans out.

            It might be an idea to email the court with a copy of that consent order attached.
            That will put the court on notice & give you a paper trail for evidence.

              Thank you, I have followed your advice. The application hasn't been processed by the court yet, will follow up again next week.
