Hi , I've been traveling through the forums about parking charges but can't find any relevant to my situation .
i went to St peters retail park in Mansfield , paid for parking then received a charge for £100 reduced if paid in 14 days.
i appealed stating I paid for parking but witheld the actual driver details , they have written acknowledging my appeal but asked for the driver details , they havent said they are dropping it only that I have 14 days to provide the details? What's that about? I'm so confused? Any help would be fantastic .

Never reveal the driver ID.
On that note, you should edit your post so that the driver can't be inferred.

Exactly what is the parking co alleging?
& what is the story from the driver's/registered keeper's perspective?

Quite often when they ask for driver details they know they gave no case against the keeper.

just wait for what comes next AND edit as asked
