We bought a Nissan Duke on PCP 30 months ago on a 48 month contract. We have had so many problems with the car. It's had a new engine management system, timing chain, seatbelt frayed and ongoing problems with the oil. The Nissan dealer has now said we will need a new engine! All this work has been done under warranty but we want rid of the car. Is the best option to VT? RCI Finance have said we need to make two more payments before we can do this. My question is, where do we stand? I think RCI Finance should take the car back with no further payments. Should we contact Nissan head office to complain about the car or just deal with RCI Finance? Thanks.
