  • DRP threatening letters

i keep recieving letters from DRP debt collection
regarding a car parking fine which was not for me to pay!

The fine was appealed but they say their client did not recieve it so I forwarded them the email as proof to which they say they have not received this email
either and are sending me letters and calling me harassing me for a payment of £160.00

not sure how to go about this I have sent them the email again with proof of the appeal and a response from their client

    Hi

DRP are merely third party debt collectors & can safely be ignored.
Anything from the parking co (or their sols) should not be ignored.

You haven't given us a lot to go on.

Was there a Notice to Driver? (Windscreen ticket)
Have you received a Notice to Keeper? (NtK)....if so, post up a pic, front & rear, redact personal info, but leave all times/dates visible.
    Also pics of site signage.

Btw, in the appeal or any other communications, was the driver ID'd?
