VCS defence

Hi! Im currently putting a defence together for a VCS who are claiming the registered owner of a vehicle parked in VCS managed car park in an unauthorised place after they purchased a ticket.

I have submitted the AOS and they have until the 4th of June to submit the defence but just looking for pointers to cases that have this as the reason for them pursuing the registered owner. Im still unsure how this forms a Legal basis for DVLA to divulge the information but thats another battle for another day...

They are not pursuing the registered owner, there is no such beasty.

They are permitted, under POFA and other regulations, to contact the DVLA for the registered keeper details. Don't botherr wasting time on that one.

So how was the place marked as unauthorised? What did the signs say? What was marked on the ground? What was details on the PCN, post up a redacted copy?

Basically you have not given anything that would alllow help to be given.
