Light blocking
Hi everybody, thanks for letting me join.
I am after some advice on what is legal and was it not.
I live on a lane which is a little steep. My neighbour is about 8 foot above me and is erecting a fence which will be nearly the height of my bathroom window. If tgis blocks my light in my bathroom can i complain.
I heard his wife say ( so i could hear) so its all legal so she (me) next door cant do anything about it.
I would love for some helpful information to see where i stand if i could complain who do i complain to.
