Please don't worry re-writing we can change the thread to the correct forum if needs be. However if you could pop the url here (ie click on the original post and copy and paste the web address) we can be certain to either delete the thread and know it is definitely the correct one or merge it with the new one you are planning on writing.
Hope that isn't too confusing, I think it makes sense.

Yes , the same one as above ( link given by DES8) Please could you delete that post . I would like to delete it and It was posted as guest and I am not able to delete it . And thank you very much for responding . I am waiting for letter . Much relieved after reading the forum posts. You people are doing great job. It means a lot . I was so stressed but after going through the forum I am much better. Thank you once again !

I’ve deleted the original post but left the response as it may be helpful to others. Hope that’s ok? There is nothing mentioned in the response relating to any specifics but the comments about CCTV use may be helpful to others.
