Hi all, This seems very trivial compared to the serious financial issues that some members are facing, but I would like some advice please.
I erroneously cancelled my direct debit to Harland's for gym membership and I have been informed I need to pay a £50 admin fee to bring the account up to date before I can cancel otherwise they will continue to add membership and more £50 admin fees? Are they allowed to do this £50 seems unreasonable to me for 1 month. I can pay it this month but that would leave me very little until payday.
I have had serious debt in the past (39K owed, paid off 5 years ago) and any issues with money make me very stressed and anxious.
Kindest Regards and Thanks in Advance
