  • Shared driveway dispute

Hi. Had issues with my neighbour for years. Luckily they have recently put their house on the market, something I have been unable to do, mainly because of having to tell prospective buyers about them!
They have removed & damaged my property over the years & have constantly gotten away with it, despite me having written evidence that they would repair the damage done.
The entrance to the driveway is shared & they have simply repaired "their half", moved their wall further back to make it look like the majority of the entrance is now only theirs.
Can I start a small claims against them for this, & for their refusal to now repair the damage they have done to the rest of my driveway.
I do not want to have problems start all over again with new neighbours. The Title Deeds say & show that the entrance is shared.
Thank you for your advice in advance.
