I want to sue my local council for not putting my waste bins back in the right place, I’m reigisteded Disabled on the council list but each time they collect my bins they leave it in the gate way , I can’t move them myself as I have many multiple illness that prevents me from moving them. This has been on going since 2007 presently.
If someone is registered with the council as assisted then why am I having so much problems for them to do there jobs.
