Hi i am struggling to know what I do with this notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track letter I have received from Northampton county courts, I filled my defense online through the correct channels asking for proof of contract from all parties and that if it is a statute barred debt (which I am pretty sure it is) I have had no correspondence with lowels who are making the claim and have not admitted any liability. Do I fill out the forms and questionnaire or ignore it? I am scared to fill it in in case it contracts me by stealth. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am running out of time according to the letter.
