Hi, in July 2017 I handed back my Vauxhall car on PCP. Mannheim inspected it and I disputed inspection GMAC started sending bills (excess mileage and marks). I used your templates to argue case. Shoesmiths eventually stopped contacting me.
I then noticed on my credit file a letter ‘D’. I asked GMAC why they did this despite me challenging the bill. Their reply was they have settled the account on my credit file with a letter ‘S’ despite outstanding money owed.
Roll on to last week and Debt Managers ltd have bought the debt and demanding payment. Please advise, many thanks Deb
