Hi. I have vt'd a fiat 500x recently. I received and disputed the charges. My main issue is they are saying there is dirt in the paintwork on both front wings and 1 door.
A third party reversed into us and the passenger door and wing was repaired through their insurance company. Fca are saying we should have noticed this but it is not visible to the naked eye and the inspector used a special tool to identify this.
Do I stick to my guns? I have given them the name and telephone number for the insurance company.
