      If you are so worried then you can pay the reduced rate now.

      Or you can wait and make an appeal to POPLA and pay nothing

        I am going to wait for the letter and if rejected, appeal to POPLA. So I just have to wait it out for the letter? But can they put the fine up on Wednesday even if they haven’t responded?
