Idem have been trying to take our property for over 10 year's! We have been making payments regularly as agreed in court at the CCJ January 2018. We have received at least 8 phone calls everyday from them, I cannot speak with them on the phone for due to my medical condition which is life limiting if I become too stressed.
I have been told to put everything in writing, so I sent an email to their customer complaints, they replied with a win zip email, which I cannot open!
We have received a number of letters threatening a possession order, we checked with all our relevant court's, nothing was listed in our name or Idem's name. Apparently it took Idem 3 attempts to obtain an eviction order.
Like a lot of people we took out an £80K, unregulated loan with Picture Loans in 2008. We paid back £50k and we have paid something every month, Idem have added interest, hidden fees, so we now owe £140,000, hence the possession order.
Idem is the second charge on our property, so they could end up with nothing if our bank are paid off in full!
Please advise on how to stop the eviction order?
