Hi,
Just a quick question. I received a Notice to Keeper last year for parking on private land - they were using ANPR and sent the letter to my parent's address as this is where I am DVLA registered. I move around a lot with temp addresses so have left my parent's address as my permanent. I knew that they had issued the PCN but ignored it because I didn't agree with it but didn't want to get into the process of appealing, etc. I know that the company are not litigious and did not have any concerns about it progressing to court. Anyway, they passed my details onto the debt collection agency, as expected, who sent several threatening letters to the address, which I continued to ignore. I was fine with this but fast forward and now I have received a letter to my second address informing me that they have used a tracing method to find my alternative contact details. It is concerning me how could have got a hold of this information, do they have legal access to credit reports or are there other methods? Thanks.
