Date for county court. Help needed

My daughter has had a date for court re parking fees, 4 tickets over a period of 6months.
she was given the gate code to enter the said parking area behind shops. She was attending PT sessions in a shop that backs onto car park. Pcn says loading area, her car was parked against the wall causing no obstruction or damage.
Gladstone have sent an email saying claimant will not be attending but sent a witness statement for the judge.
what advise can anyone give for her when she attends the court.
