Would anyone know if there is a rough guide to how a property would be split after separation.
I have lived with my partner 30 years, worked 15 years full-time before I became sick and unable to work and had 4 kids with my partner.
Five years ago I moved into a care home but was still in a relationship until a year ago. We were not married and the family home is in his name.
Now that we have formally parted I would like to know am I entitled to a share of the property?
Anyone have any idea what sort of split if any I am entitled to?
