  • Occupation order

Hi. I've won an occupation order against my estranged husband and he has to be out of the house by 4pm 12 April (tomorrow). He was given 21 days to appeal. He's sent the court a letter but not the correct forms for appeal. My first question is, does anyone know if a judge will accept a letter as sufficient for an appeal?
My second question is what happens when 4pm cones and he doesn't leave the house which I know is what he will do. There is no power of arrest attached. Although once he's out it states he's not allowed within 100 metres of the home. Basically what's my next step to get him put. I've been representing myself. Any comments appreciated.
