Hi I am new to this site but could really do with a bit of help
My daughter (Helen) has just received Claim Form from Lowell Portfolio 1 LTD, On the left hand side at the top it says In the COUNTY COURT BUSINESS CENTER
I have looked up this center and it isn't a court just a business center , That being said I do realize she need to respond to this as soon as possible just not sure what exactly to do and how to do it
The debt is for £696.83 for a mobile phone, The agreement was taken out with vodafone about 4 years ago by my daughter for her partner who was paying it off but unbeknown to my daughter must have stopped paying, This will be why the debt was sold to these bandits, There hasn't been any other correspondence with this company demanding payment just this phoney court summons , What does she do now thanks
