A bit of help needed after VT of my HP contract. My contract documentation clearly states that i signed the declaration agreeing to the terms set out in pages 2-3 of the document. Within pages 2-3 excess mileage charges are not mentioned, they are mentioned on page 5 (Audi say this is an admin error and charges still stand). I am very annoyed at the invoice anyway as when I signed up to the contract I was told that if I handed the car back after 2 years I would have no further charges. Any advice would be much appreciated, from what I have read FO seem to take the lenders side!
