  • Conditional fee agreement

Hello to the forum users. I would like to thank the founders and the administrators for providing this opportunity.

I find difficult to find a lawyer willing to take my case on conditional fee agreement basis due to its complications. It is related with professional negligence and administrative discrimination led to medical conditions, financial loss and career development prevention. There was a court hearing with a decision in my favour, however I would like to claim a compensation. The local MP took my case trying to find some solution, but I am afraid the scope of her/his power is limited. I will be really grateful if some professionals in this field can provide me some assistance to find the service I need. I am happy to discuss all the details in private conversation.

    Thank you in advance!

Were damages not a part of the claim that lead to the hearing ? What was the decision in your favour ?

Thank you AMETHYST for your reply.

The damages were not part of the claim. The claim was focused on the actions of DWP.
In brief the decision states that I am not a person from abroad and I have provided sufficiently compelling evidence having a genuine chance of being engaged with employment.

Based on that conclusion following the advice of Citizens Advice me and their specialists involved in the case started to prepare a compensation claim aiming to present it to the local MP. And then the case got more complicated. During a conversation one of them admitted there is a pressure questioning the progress of my case, i.e. it is not desirable to continue further.
