Hi.
I got told I was being made redundant last year and as such got a letter confirming my role was made redundant in December last year. However I got a secondment onto another project and I am still with the company. I have now been successful in applying and getting a permanent job with within my company. Am I entitled to any form of redundancy from the previous role as that doesnt exist any more and hasn't for 3 months I was just fortunate there was another secondment opportunity available otherwise would be redundant already.
I am new to the site and need some urgent advice if possible
