  • Hi everyone - some urgent legal help or advice required please...

Hello everyone - hope you are all well.

I am looking for a solicitor who will help me in my pursuit of justice against a property management company who sourced tenants for me and managed the tenancy whilst I was out of the country.

Last year, these ‘tenants’ virtually completely destroyed my former home by setting up a drug farm there. This led to a fire and has resulted in the loss of my home. I now have nowhere to live when I return to the UK. This debacle has seen me financially ruined and I am desperately in need of legal help to assist me in the pursuit of some kind of restorative justice. I have submitted a letter demanding substantial compensation and explanations from the company in question. They have chosen to ignore it. This company have clearly acted in breach of contract, violated their fiduciary duty, committed gross negligence and may even have acted fraudulently. I don’t qualify for legal aid and would seriously struggle to afford ‘up-front’ solicitors fees, so was hoping that someone might be able to help me with one of the following:

    a) Securing exceptional case funding
    b) Taking the case on a ‘Pro Bono’ basis
    c) A ‘no-win-no-fee’ arrangement

I have a huge amount of supporting evidence and have been reliably informed that any civil legal case brought against this company would stand a very good chance of success. The compensation I have demanded is very substantial and I would be prepared to share a significant percentage of it with any legal representative or company who can help me in my pursuit of justice.

If anyone can offer help or advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I dont cover this particular area of law , so cannot comment on the merits, but i know my colleagues may well deal with cases of this type, as for what funding options they could offer that really is a mater for them to determine but Mark Robertson may well be able to help with this , obviously you would have to speak to him direct, but he may be able to assist, Marks in our Chichester office if that helps.
