This morning I have received what looks like a CCJ from County Court Business centre in Northampton.
It states the Claimant is Britannia Parking in Poole in Dorset. I haven't been their since August 2017 and I paid to park in the car park whilst I was there, I do not understand what it could be for.
The Letter states I have to pay BW Legal £267.58 !!!!! Where and what is this figure for it does not state.
I have never received any letters or communication before this and I am not sure what is is regarding or if its a scam.
Please advise what i should do... Never had anything like this before.
I have just been on to my bank statement and seen a payment for britannia parking on the 15th August for £3.30 this was the only time I've been in Poole.
