  • Lowells Solicitors CCJ?

    Good morning guys and girls,

I received this letter from Lowells solicitors this morning saying I owe them money on a CCJ, I haven't had any contact with them about this debt in way over 5 years possibly even 6/7, my partner at the time took the account out in my name and we broke up later on, I never had the money at the time to pay the debt as I was an apprentice. I haven't had any contact with them in regards to this debt as | never acknowledged it at mine, I recently got a Noddle account and my record is all clear and I have been able to get myself a credit card to start helping me rebuild my credit score, I recently 3 lettered Lowells in regards to another debt I had when I was much younger and was successful in closing the account, I'm not someone who doesn't want to get myself in the clear but this debt was never rightfully mine and I have also never had contact with them in regards to said debt, what should I do people?

Thanks in advance for any help, J.

Letter is attached in PDF form.
