Hi New hear I just wondered if I could get some advice about a county court claim for a pcn, I did buy a ticket but like an idiot placed it upside down on the dashboard, but was sent a letter when I got home with pics of car, I sent the ticket I had bought to the parking firm, but they said that I did not display it correctly so have to pay a fine. I have dyspraxia and fibromyalgia and I'm always doing things like this, should I try to defend this claim the parking firm will not agree to mediation, please help.
