    Hi
I am just sending a letter to Capquest stating that the debt they are chasing is Statute Barred. Should I send a copy to Arrow Global as well who they are acting on behalf of. Thanks in advance for your help.

Just a quick bit of background it was an Egg Loan taken out in 2006 I am fairly certain the last time I had any contact with them was in 2011. There is nothing on any of my credit files for this loan. So am I safe to send the Statute Barred letter? I have been reading a lot of advice on this website and decided that maybe this is my best course of action. The letter received from Capquest says they are going to ask Resolvecall to visit

          Hi
After sending the Statute Barred letter in March did not receive any response. Today (4 June) I have received a wad of paperwork from Arrow Global (dated 11 April 2019) which is headed Remediation of Account. It states that "under the rules of the Consumer Credit Act …………...we are required to provide you with statutory notices within the prescribed timescales to inform you about the status of your account. We have recently identified that unfortunately we haven't always complied with the above mentioned requirement. As a result, we are carrying out a remediation to provide you with information we should have provided you historically"
These statements start at March 2014. The outstanding sum is the same on all the statements, I am not sure what the implication of receiving this paperwork is - could you please advise.
          Thanks in advance.
