Hi I've racked my brain and got free advice per hour via various solicitors but to no avail.

I purchased a property in Wales, remortgaged my own home in the northeast to put deposit for that one, "ex partner put nothing into it", I wanted conveyancing solicitor to put something in writing if we split I'd get my deposit back legally...he didn't do as I requested, only on land reg is it mentioned we are tenants in common.. no trust deed was made by solicitor although I do have proof of what I put in from remortgaged my home.
My ex partner and I split after 5 years living together, he was abusive, controlling and violent during the relationship, but once he left me for someone else, it was my cue to get house on market and move away.
We both agreed house should be put for sale but once l moved back with family in the northeast , he took house off the market without my knowledge, i was informed by estate agents we BOTH agreed to sell with. He tried to sell it with different estate agents without my knowledge when that failed he's been renting it out keeping the money, I had to remind the estate agents again that I was still on the mortgage and they shouldn't keep doing it without my knowledge and it's not a buy to let either, I did put complaint in about that but ombudsmen were in favour of the estate agent.
My ex has used the property as a coercive control weapon because I'd ceaced all correspondence due to harassment and previous stalking by him since the split, domestic violence was reported to police and he has been warned numerous times to contact me via a solicitor which I have written proof he refuses to do.
I have lost everything, I lost my property in the northeast since being forced to flee Wales and come back to temp jobs here also due to being on the sick with depression and anxiety, I couldn't remortgaged my home back to a residential property from a buy to let.
I want to sell the property in Wales but he is putting a block on everything I do as he knows he can use it as his own bank account and forcing me to keep ties with him.
seems like the law is on his side and has been going on since 2011.
I have informed the bank of this but they do nothing either.
Im currently unable to work due to severe depression and anxiety and can't afford to get solicitors involved for him to keep ignoring.
Can anyone on this planet please give me some constructive advice I can go with? Someone once mentioned bar pro bono unit but when I ask advice centres they can't advise either.
I can't keep going on like this.
Sorry for the depepresive rant but I don't know what else to do.

      Hi and belated welcome

Sorry you haven't received any responses as yet, regarding your situation.
If you have already discussed the matter with solicitors it is difficult for us lay people to know what we could advise they probably haven't mentioned.

As the property is held as tenants in common is ownership a straight 50/50 split?
As all else has failed I would be thinking of obtaining a court order for its sale... has that been suggested at all?

I put a deposit of 25% and included conveyancing my ex put nothing in... should I be entitled to 75% and ec 25% ? I was main wage earner for a while too after he lost his job. We both agreed to put house on the market after he left me and moved in with her. I moved back to Sunderland a year later but he took house off the Market without my knowledge and rented it out keeping the bulk of the money, I got nothing.

As you are in Sunderland have you considered approaching the Student Law Clinic at the university, where you might be able to obtain free legal advice?
Don't know how they are operating during covid, and you might have to wait until after their holidays.
          Try here: https://www.sunderland.ac.uk/study/law/law-clinic/

There is also The North East Law Centre (https://www.newcastlelawcentre.co.uk/services/free) which might be able to help
