Can I request the following information, interest rate when facility opened, when the facility was closed, total cost of purchases made, total amount of credit charges, when the interest rate increased and when the credit limit increased.
Or do I have to work it all out? Thanks in advance

Access the info from JDW?, or

Access the info from a debt purchase company who has bought an alleged debt? (If applicable.)

Thank you, thankfully I’m in a position to clear the debt however I didn’t keep my eye on the account and had a direct debit set up making payments. Recently checking the balance as I thought it should be virtually clear, was mortified to see that almost £450 of payments had only reduced the balance by around £20 and on asking for the interest rate was advised that it was 69.9% - so I wouldn’t have agreed to such a rate initially, my credit limit has been constantly increased throughout and I’ve never missed a payment so it’lll interesting to see how all this developed.

Send one of these to either JDW or, if the contract has terminated & is now owned by a debt purchase company, to both.

Ask for all data concerning the account.

Kep a copy & get proof of posting/sending.

That's lovely thank you. I could really kick myself for not noticing what was going on The account never went into arrears therefore I'll be writing to JDW and asking for all the information - not sure what I'll do with it however it will be interesting to know.
